The assault caused the partial shutdown of the CTA tunnel and the Terminal 3 car park.

Two more people have been arrested related to a theft at London's Heathrow Airport in which over twenty individuals were injured by a substance believed to be pepper spray, as stated by law enforcement.

A man, 24, was taken into custody in the Lambeth area on suspicion of theft and assault and a woman, 23 was detained for suspected conspiring to commit a robbery. They both remain in custody, the force said.

These detentions come after an investigation into an attack at the multi-level parking garage at Terminal 3 this past Sunday. Before the attack, two women were robbed of their luggage after getting out of a parking garage elevator.

A three-year-old girl was one of the those hurt in the event. Five people were taken to the hospital for treatment and have since been released.

Officers detained a 31-year-old man for suspected theft and assault close to the scene. He was subsequently released pending further inquiries while inquiries continue.

Police were called at approximately 8:10 in the morning GMT after reports came in regarding several people hurt by an irritating chemical believed to be an irritant spray.

The attack - an event that authorities stated was a standalone incident and not being treated as terrorism - caused delays to rail services and the partial closure of the Central Terminal Area tunnel and the Terminal 3 parking facility briefly.
